RDS traffic receiver question

I recently purchased a XXL 550 TM with lifetime traffic and map. I had alot of problems with this device and got upgraded to the GO 2505. My question is can this receiver be sold and will it have lifetime traffic updates?
the model number is 4UUC.001.01B
I dont know if this is the right place to post this as this is my first time here so forgive me if its not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The XXL550TM has a one time activation code for maps.

If you used that code; someone else will not be able to able to have lifetime map updates. The activation code sheet states the product is not returnable if the code is used...

Contact TT support, and request they rescind or do something with the activation code used. After TT support 'takes care' of the problem; then return the product to where you purchased it.
