Has anyone tried the RDS-TMS external antenna in the U.S. I realize the TT website says it's not available in the U.S. but it stands to reason that if plugged into the 910 in europe and works and the frequencies are the same, it should work here...right?

The reason I ask is Garmin C550 and the built-in RDS-TMC antenna works on both sides of the pond wouldn't TomTom's?

I believe it depends on the software.
TomTom needs to have a firmwire that will accept RDS-TMC for the states.

It won't work. The TMC codes are different in each country. Without the correct set of TMC codes you get nothing.
