quick menu and voice commands

I have a tomtom live 500 and want to be able to add favourites to my quick menu - any suggestions?
Would also like a printed list of all voice commands...

Note that your favorites are ALL that you can transfer to a new GO 500 Live. No POI or other items will be transferred.
