Question about Waypoint editing

Howdy all, I have a question about adding waypoints and editing them in the 720. I'm using this for geocaching and when I add the coordinates manually they usually are offroad and named unnamed road or location. Is there a way to edit these waypoints either by PC or 3rd party software? Thanks for any assistance!

Unfortunately, these units are designed for driving on roads, and a point off-road will be 'snapped' to the nearest road. They really don't work for the type of activity you are talking about.
