Quarterly Updates

Just updated my North American Maps and lost all my favorites. Is this ususal? Is there a support phone number that we can call for help? Thanks

Copy your mapsettings.cfg from the backed up (previous) map to the new map folder using Explorer.

Connect to Home. Make a change to one favourite by adding, deleting, editing.

Disconnect the unit PROPERLY from the computer. You should be ok now.
