Purchased Maps not working

Bought my One XL in October, never payed for updated maps until today.

When I attempted to updated, I had to pay $20 for the current maps, and then I payed $40 for the year of updated maps.

Of course, it won't update. Every time I connect HOME tells me my maps are out of date, and I should pay them $40 for a year of maps. Really stupid considering I just did that.

How do I get it to recognize that I just payed, and it should update my US/Canada map? At this point I'm getting extremely frustrated at the whole process.
 
When you bought the subscription, you should have gotten an email from TomTom with a confirmation number. Call support at 866-486-6866 with that information.

(You are trying for the map with Update My Device, aren't you?)
