Promotion code problem

Just bought a new tt 720 and tried to activate the promotional code. here is the message responce "Promotion code does not exist or promotion has ended."

Did you ever get this resolved and if so, how? I just got a 720 yesterday and am having the same issue.

Same thing here... I sent a note to support.

Try going up to file and use latest map guarantee thats how mine worked...

I heard that you USED to have to enter the promotion code from the cards to activate the latest map guarantee....apparently that is no longer true.

Do as CTxx24 states and go to the FILE --> USE LATEST MAP GUARANTEE menu

I got the same response. I figured there was some kind of time limit. I wonder what it was. If you end up getting it....let me know how.
