Probs with refurb Tom Tom one

Hi all, I'm a new owner of a Tom Tom one v3 bought last week from ebay. Worked fine at first. This morning downloaded updated map, now screen just says NO MAPS FOUND!
Can anyone help?

That message sometimes appears when the application installed doesn't match what is required to utilize the functions in the map installed.

What application version do you have (tap the satellite bars to see). What map version did you dl.

(If a pc) does Explorer show a specific map folder on your unit?

Anyway, things to check................
