Problem with software update GO 520 i 6200 professional

Hi. I have two GPS navigators, Go 520 and Go 6200, both for trucks. There is a new software update, but when I select update, I get an update error. I can't update it over Wi-Fi, and MyDrive Connect isn't ready either. It loads for a few seconds and then immediately gets an error.
6200 - 17.300.0018.411 (12.10.2017)
520 - 21.202.0006.411(27.05.2022)

Are you properly logged into your TomTom account?

Why can't you use Wi-Fi?

Try resetting the device to factory settings.
 
I logged into my account, everything is fine. The Wi-Fi connection is fine, I reset the settings to factory settings twice, but nothing helped. The maps updated without any problems, but the software does not want to.

It is not recommended to perform updates from a corporate Wi-Fi network.

Use your personal home network.

If you are still unable to perform software updates, the best course of action is to contact TomTom support.
 
I tried updating via work wifi and also via my own internet via phone. all without change
 
After a while, everything was updated. There were problems with the Tom Tom service. Thank you all.
