Problem with purchased map

Hi All.

I have a problem with a map of Europe that I have just purchased from TomTom.
The map shows up on my SD card and TomTom Home but is nowhere to be found on the device (TomTom One).
The One works perfectly when switched on but is exactly the same as before I purchased the Europe map (only map that shows on device is UK & Ireland).
The map seems to have gone through the correct installation procedure but simply does not give the option of inputting a Europe address when switched on.
I have also tried touching a European country on the map screen but nothing is recognised.

Any suggestions?
 
On th edevice tap Change Preferences/ Map Preferences/ Switch map, is the Western_Europe map listed on screen or not, if it is simply tap it to select it - Mike
