Problem with new 730 & bluetooth LG7900; 730 does not detect/receive incoming calls

I just bought a new TT 730 and did all the online upgrades. It's very nice except that the bluetooth hands free feature doesn't seem to be working for incoming calls. With outgoing calls then the 730 acts as the microphone and speaker as expected. With incoming calls then nothing happens whatsoever on the display of the 730. The LG7900 shows the incoming call on its display and if I answer using the LG7900 then the call continues but using the LG7900 and not the TT 730 as wanted. Please help!

while in the middle of the call, tap the green phone icon. In the menu that pops up, there should be a button that says "transfer audio to phone". Try tapping that to toggle from phone audio to Tomtom audio. It may help.
