Problem with Go Exclusive 7" magnetic mount

When I took the magnetic mount off my windscreen recently, the plastic suction part seperated from the main part. It looks like the plastic suction part can be twisted back into place but when I try and use, it just comes apart again.

Can anyone tell me whether it can be repaired or do I need to get a new one?

Cannot be repaired, you need to purchase another bracket.

If it's under warranty , tomtom should replace it
