Hi, my pro 7 keeps switching off after the boot screen loads.
It happened last night on the motorway, first time it happened it restarted.
Then about an hour later it switched off and wouldn't get past the boot screen.
After 3 attempts at restarting it showed an empty battery symbol even though it was plugged in.
The4th attempt to restarting came up with a tomtom connected to a PC which I assume means it required an update.
I've updated it this morning and it still won't get past the boot screen before switching off.
It's less than 12 months old and I've used it 20 ish times.
Any help would be appreciated.
