Premium Services Expired

I have a Go Essential.

MyDrive Connect is telling me that I have expired services which I need to renew. How do I find out which services have expired?

I have subscriptions to Speed Cameras and Traffic, which are both active and working well.

I have the EV Charging Database, which I don't need but can't find a way to remove. THat seems to be active and updates to it occur from to time.

I don't have any other services, as far as I know. I've never had fuel prices or weather reports.

What else is there?

This may be for an old GPS.

Do you still have an old GPS registered on a tomtom account?

On MyDrive Connect, then my content, you should be able to check the subscriptions that arrive at inspiration.

There must be a bug.

Premium services are not compatible with GO Essential, so you should ignore it.

Premium Services are not even working on my Premium X unit - works for 10 minutes then nothing for the rest of the journey!
Only works again (for 10 minutes) the following day.

I paid for the unit with everything free for life... and if Tom Tom have removed this then shame on them. Not going to buy another unit if customer service this crap!

The OP's Go Essential doesn't have cellular capability, and that seems to be at the root of your problem, so your experience isn't relevant to the OP's problem.

Was just saying the system isn’t all that. Most unreliable.
