Poor sound Urban rider paired with Scala rider G4

I have a Tom Tom Urban Rider and a Scala Rider G4.
The G4 quality is very poor ,it crackles and keeps coming on when driving a few minutes before the anouncement,it also sometimes misses the start of the anouncement,or starts them with a crackle.
I have spoken with Cardo/scala and Tom Tom.
They said update both and pair them new again.
I have reset both and paired them new,still the same.

I am very disapointed with the sound quality.
As anybody else this problem?
