Hi Folks,
Got a new tomtom xl335s from target last night . I'm getting " poor GPS reception" message at the bottom of my screen.
Went through the below thread :

But had no success in finding the pin reset.
Fortunately, i had no problems getting my updates from tom tom home.
Please advise, I believe tom tom does not have 24 hr tech support.
