poor calling quality

Hello all,

I have Tomtom Go510 and Sonyericsson Z710 and Imate JAQ
I tried to use both phones to make calls with bluetooth and its always cutting ,i can hear the other party very well but they can't hear me at all , always cutting , is there a way to fix that , i had this unit since 8 month and i tried it many times and its always so bad so i gave up , but maybe there is something i can do to make it work as hands free.

You should try an external microphone. I also found it useless with the built in microphone, but works fine with the plug-in. Clip it you your shirt works best if you car has much background noise.

I agree. the internal mic is useless.
I keep my mic attached to my sun visor.
