POI Subcategories?

Is it possible to create sub categories...

for example, I want to search for Restaurant, Italian

now I know that this restaurant is italian...it would be great if you could

please let me know

Believe it or not you can ...But there is a catch, the type of food that you are looking for must be in the name listed on your TomTom. Here's how I have used this and it works perfect..

Go to Navigate to....Point of Interest...Up to you here(POI near you or in city or near Home)...Restaurant...Find(bottom left corner)...Now type in what kind of restaurant you are looking for (Italian ,Chinese,Steakhouse etc......

Give it try and see if helps.
