POI Question

I have tomtom 720. How do I show all the pois in a catagory for a city rather than the ones that are just close to my location? For example if I put in Denver as the city and pull up resturants it only gives me the ones that are close to center of town, how do I get the list of all the resturants in Denver or can I?
