How do you convert an image file to a POI icon?

What apps. do you use, etc?

As long as the image is a .bmp file and the size is 22x22. You can even use Micosoft Paint to do this.

I've found that I have no issues using icons that are 24x24 (they're available and showup in TT Home and on my TT GO 910 without issue!). I make mine between 20x24 and 24x24 depending on the shape of the particular company logo in question.

Your thoughts?

Yes I believe 24 x 24 works.
When I make a POI, I always load the files to my TT and turn on virtual TT.
From there I go to enable/disable POIs to see if the icon appears on that menu.

Thanks for the confirmation. I've not had any issues with 24x24. It's hard to believe but those extra four pixels can really help out.

It's actually 92 pixels more. 22x22 = 484, 24x24 = 576
