Please Help!!! - Go 720 Map Update problems

Hello...

I have the GO 720 and just downloaded the latest map v8.55. It's on my computer but not on my GPS (having some technical problems). How do I load the contents to my TomTom from a folder on my computer? Please help. Thanks.
