Plan.tomtom not syncing

Hello. My Start 40 will no longer sync with my drive. I can login into my drive ok, login into my drive connect ok too, but the gps won't login. All emails are the same and it worked fine few months ago. Did a hard reset and still not able to ' access tomtom services' with an "oops try later message" on the gps. I've tried on different computer and cables, but nothing. All software is up to date and no antivirus on.
I've got a similar-ish problem with my go 50. It however says on the gps that I'm activated and connected to all tomtom bits. But again it won't sync my new poi files on my drive. Any ideas please ? Thanks.

It is possible that your poi files are not compliant so that your files synchronize you only need to add files in OV2.
 
Thank you for the reply.The poi files are good they synced ok last month. I only updated a couple plus a few new ones. It should have worked fine. The issue I have with the go40 is not being able to login in with the gps itself ? Login elsewhere to my account is fine. The go50 is loged in on the unit ( and elsewhere), but no syncing ? Server issue maybe? Thanks.
 
Update 😀. I've done nothing, but the go40 has just logged on to mydrive after another attempt to put in my password, and it synced all my poi files. I think it just might have been very busy servers.
