Pairing Treo 650 and TomTom One

New member here. I just got my TomTom One for Christmas and am trying to pair it with bluetooth on my Treo 650. I can get the Treo looking for devices, and when the TT1 begins looking for devices it finds my phone. When I click 'yes' to continue pairing the scrollbar gets to 10% and then fails every time. I've tried multiple combinations of one looking before the other, etc.

Is it possible to pair TT1 and Treo 650?

Is this a plus service that I need to activate?

I got a TT Rider for Christmas and I have connected it to my TREO 650 along with the bluetooth earpiece.I remember in the process I had to use "0000" before the two devices would pair with the bluetooth. It did take several attemps to get both checking for each other at the same time. I hope this helps.
