Pairing on Bluetooth

Hi Everyone,
Although I have used a tomtom for a number of years with a number of phone I have been trouble free.
To keep up with the Jones, I upgraded to a TT 930T, what a mistake.
Connected my Pearl 8100 via bluetooth to get traffic and all is well as I use a Nikia Bluetooth (Fixed) kit for hands free calling without any trouble. Car Kit connected all the time, TT want to update traffic no problems all sorted.
Connected to TT Home some 6 weeks later and updated all software needed including cameras and traffic that I subscribe to, and since then phone will not connect for wireless?
Spoke to our very friendly TT support to be told Phone not supported (Go Away)!!!!
Back dated the software and still no joy?
Any one help as I feel aggrieved that I am paying for the service but cannot use it!!

When you say you "backdated the software", did you try to install application 8.302? That solved the problem for many other members.
