'Operate my TomTom' option in HomeV2 no worky (GO720)

When I click the 'Operate my TomTom' option in Home V2 I get a screen saying Home needs a file. Click OK and then a screen pops up saying it cannot download it at this time, try again later. Try clicking it every few days but it never works. Does this work for anyone?

Thanks digital-flex - it's on PC (WinXP).
I am assuming this option (if it works) allows you to operate the TomTom from within Home?
Maybe its another feature/service we don't get Down Under...
