One XL wont get past select voice screen. Help please!

Hi,
I've had my One XL for over a year now and its been working ok. However, yesterday i turned it on and started going through the preferences screen, firstly, select a language, (English UK), the tap the screen, select which hand (Right hand), Select distances (Miles), select time display, enter time, select a voice (Jane), when I click Select at this poin tnothing happens. Then after about 30 secs it restarts itself and goes through the same process all over again. I've tried connecting it to my PC and this doesnt work either. Help!

Try a pin reset on the unit and if that doesn't help, try the Clear Flash tool found here. Run it 3 times.

Now see if things are ok.......
