My One is a version that has no reset button, you have to hold the power button for 20 secs.
The unit stopped working suddenly, it comes up with either the orange pic or the nightview.
But it does not load the map.
Resetted it many times, "repaired" it through MyTomTom, nothing works.
Strange thing is, I can operate it fine from inside MyTomTom.
After another reset the night view comes up without proceeding, and it cannot be switched off.
It stays like this until the battery runs empty...
