If it is under your 30 days, I would get the unit exchanged where you purchased it.
If it is passed the 30 days, then contact TT, the unit is under warranty.

No. The warranty does not cover damage to the screen or unit under regular wear/tear, ie, keeping it in your bag and breaking the thing. Unfortunately, I happen to know cuz i'm in the same boat!
