ONE 140 - How do I turn off screen saver / splash screen?

Hi All, i hope that you are well.

I have recently purchased the TOM TOM ONE 140, the unit works well, however i have a major gripe with the oh so very annoying screen saver / splash screen that appears
intermittently, after a short period of inactivity, it appears even during navigation!!

Can anyone advise on how to disable / turn off this feature?

Welcome to TTF.

I think what you are seeing is a store demo script running.

Do this......

Use Explorer to look at the contents of the unit. Look in the scripts folder. Delete any files found there.

See if that helps.
