Oh Dear !!

Hi all, I was just messing round with TomTom My Drive connect and I managed to delete all of My Places and all of my Routes from my Rider 550, I thought I may get them all back by connecting my Go 6000 but low and behold my drive deleted them from there as well. Could someone please tell me that they are all backed up somewhere and I can replace the years of places and routes. I have had a look round but cant find any backups any where, Please help.

Once you have recreated your places there is a way to perform a backup using Tyre.

You should have disconnected your rider from your Tomtom account before deleting all your places and routes.

Your places and all your routes would still be stored on Plan-Tomtom.

Yes I know that but my question is is there a backup on TomTom system anywhere that \Ican access and restore.
