Not recognizing SD card

Formated SD Card to FAT32
TomTom Home "Device Change" is grayed out.
Turned TomTom off and on and off and on.......................

Maybe a bad SD card reader.

Is the SD card one of those new High Speed types? Current TomTom devices only recognize slow SD cards.

When dealing with TT ONE models (not GO x20 or x30), the system does not consider the internal memory when the SD card is inserted. It is an either internal memory or SD memory for the ONE system. You need to copy all of internal memory onto the SD card to have the same functionality as using only internal memory. IOW, the SD card is not considered an addition to internal memory.
