NOT HAPPY

Yesterday I had Australian map on my GO720 last night I paid Tom Tom for an update on my credit card, now I don't have any Australian Map. All I have is the USA Map which was on the GPS when I purchased it.
I have been into Change Maps but there is only one map listed that's the USA Map. Is there a Tom Tom service Dept in Australia I can take it to. I am on the Gold Coast but I am going to Sydney next week.
Or have I done my money cold.
