TT Go 825 Live.....Up to date Windows 10 PCs....Up to date My Drive Connect...... MS Edge and Internet Explorer.

Open My Drive and it will not recognise my 825 device. It is listed as my device and the map details are correct.
It keeps offering 'Connect your device' when the device is connected.
    Any advice Please?

PS. Have uninstalled/reinstalled My Drive Connect.

From the wording of your message, I assume that when you say that the 825 is connected, you mean connected with a USB cable between the 825 and your PC.

Have you tried using a different cable? Some years ago I had a similar problem with a different model of TomTom that turned out to be due to the cable.

    Solved!
    Thanks for your comments.
I updated the network adaptor and it resolved the issue.

I had tried all the obvious..2 USB cables three different USB ports and each on 2 different PCs.

    Again, Thank you.:)
