We have a TomTom One, 3rd edition that we have had for 16 months. It has been updated and does turn on, however, it continues to wait for a valid GPS signal. Is there anything we can do? I have sent 2 requests for help from TomTom since last week, but do not get any response. Anybody have any suggetions?

1) Go to this folder on your computer and delete everything in it (but not the folder):
My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Download\complete\ephemeris

2) Then connect your tomtom to your computer, open it in windows explorer, and delete everything in this folder (again don't delete the folder):
\ephem

3) Update your tomtom via HOME, and add/update the quickgpsfix file when asked

4) Then unplug and turn off the tomtom

5) Then do a pin reset: http://www.tomtom.com/6965

6) Then turn back on

We have followed the instructions. Now when we turn it on it says No maps found! Is there something else we need to do now?
