Not able to click POI on refurb

Hey guys,

i just picked up a refurb TomTom 1 3rd edition from buy.com.

i got it all set up and everything, but for some reason, when i am in navigation mode, i cant click on the POI boxes... it just takes me to the main menu as if i had clicked anywhere on the map.

has anyone experienced this? Anyone have any solutions?

Try to run the flash tool.
Go to www.tomtom.com/support
Type in flash tool and run that.

Mine performs the same way. As far as I can tell that's what is supposed to happen. If you want to click on POI icons use the "Browse Map" feature.

Id POI

The system does not allow for the POI info in the nav mode. You have to manuver into the browse map - find gps - and then hit POI
