Noobie Question--Former Garmin User

I just got a new GO 740 and I also have a Garmin 660. What I can't figure out is how to just "View The Map" rather than have the 740 telling me how to go to my last destination. On the Garmin you just hit a STOP button and then hit View Map.

Help Please!!

Use the option "Clear Route" to get rid of any stored destination then Browse Map or set the Nav screen to 2D mode, if you can't find "Clear Route" go to Change Preferences/ Show ALL menu options then have another look in the main menu as for some stupid reason the Clear Route option is often hidden - Mike
