No sounds TomTom one XL-S after update to 8.010

Hi all,
I purchased a TomTom One XL-S in March. I then went on a huge vacation around the USA travelling over 7,000 miles and it worked flawlessly announcing street names etc...

I finally arrived home a few weeks ago and plugged in my TomTom to the computer for the first time since March and it updated to 8.010. It then proceeded to say that "Susan" wasn't available so I did a restore to the original setting via the options (I didn't have much saved). So now Susan will work but everytime I turn it on it says she isn't available, then I select her and she works.

But my real problem that I'd like resolved is that absolutely no other sounds work except Susan's voice. Anyone know how I can return my sounds? I checked all kinds of options and I don't have it muted or anything.

The voice is the only sound that DOES work. No other sounds work.

anyone have any ideas? This is driving me crazy. I know its not a huge deal but I expect to get what I paid for.
