No Route Possible

I have been using TomTom for over a year now. I plan the routes at home on my laptop and sync them to a tablet that I take with me.

There are 3 routes I have created that start at home that are not working. When I select the route in My Routes it goes to the map screen and then a message in a blue bar appears across the top saying "No route possible".

There is another route that starts from home which works fine. I have recent and old routes that start elsewhere. All of those that I have tried work.

Ant ideas?

Have you installed all the maps to navigate your route?
Have you installed the ferry maps?

Yes the maps are up to date and I believe the correct ones are present.

The routes in question go from my house to the ferry terminal in Portsmouth. The maps I have loaded are United Kingdom, Ferry Connections Europe/Greenland, and France Northwest.

For privacy reasons, can you replicate one of these impossible routes starting somewhere in the general vicinity of your home, and provide us with your start and end coordinates? There are a couple of reasons that these can occur, but we'd need to see one to advise which problem is occurring.

To be clear, to cover the whole of the United Kingdom, there are a total of 4 maps to download.

Ah! Problem solved. I was missing UK South.
