No Live Sevices for a long time

Hi all,

I have a Tom-tom 2535M and have not been able to get live services for almost a month now. I was hoping it would just start working again on its own, but that does not look like the case. I live in the DC area.

Here is what I see from the connection status screen -

SIMID - 8901650907006718134
IMIE - 359666036211022
Model - 00.02.08_US

I see 4 bars, but the status just always says "connecting ..."

I have updated the software, and have said that it is OK to share my data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume that nothing at all appears in the MCC/MNC field? If not, you definitely need to contact tech support, and be SURE to ask for someone who specializes in LIVE issues. First level support can't usually deal with that. There's a good chance that your SIM card is no longer 'registered' with the carrier, and your device is being rejected. That can either be an error where your account accidentally became disassociated, or you no longer have a valid subscription.

What happens if you look at "My services" on your device? What expiration date?
