nextel 870 to tomtom

Does anyone know how to connect the nextel 870 to the tomtom xl s I can't seem to get it to work.

I have a Nextel/Motorola 580i and the first time I tried to connect it to my GO720 I didn't get anything. Stupid phone! Wouldn't you know, I had to go into the phone's options menu and TURN ON the Bluetooth - then everything hooked up fine.

Connecting my i580 was pretty simple, at one time. But somewhere along the line TomTom decided to screw up the input screens used to configure the data connection, and now it's impossible to enter the correct dial string using firmware 8.3. I did finally manage to get it to work after installing firmware 8.3. Here's a couple of links to get you started:
