I have a TomTom One 140, which I like, and am thinking about adding another to the fleet. Is the 140 the latest version of the One, or did TomTom offer newer models after it, before going to something completely different?

All in the realm of 2009, when the 140 was released, were a pile of ONE 140 models, and a ONE that was really a 340:

ONE IQ Routes TTS / 140S - 2GBone2009_plus_2048_tts_v2ONENAV2ZB
ONE XL IQ Routes TTS / 340S - 2GBxl2009_plus_2048_tts_v2ONE XLNAV2GB

and probably a few more - I've lost track over the years.

There are MANY Nav2 models that were being produced even after the ONE series with additional features, and some with bigger screens (e.g., the XXL540). Unfortunately, no maps for the vast majority of them.

Why are you focusing on just the ONE series?

I do have a G0 50, but I never got used to it, its kinda big in the windshield, and I couldn't find a good aftermarket suction mount for it. The One makes sense to me, and I have several EasyPort mounts that work great. So I thought I'd just stick with the One's as long as I can. I'm guessing the 140's were the last of the One series?

Yes, what you see above represents all of the last ONE releases.
