new user with a navigate to issue

I tried putting in a new destination. The city part works then the street input works, then I get a message that house numbers are not available on that street.

Then it asks for cross street and when I input one--- it doesn't regonize it.

Any ideas how to get it to navigate to that address?

likely this is a relatively new street. You might try updating your map if you have not done so.
