New to Forum SET OWNER icon missing

On arrival of my TT XL2 IQ v4 connected TT to laptop via USB installed TT Home .

For security selected SET OWNER icon then laptop crashed.

Can't find SET OWNER icon anymore ?

Did you make an Explorer backup of the unit's contents?

What happens if you Restore to Factory defaults.

No to the backup as I only just started to use the menus and instructions when the laptop crashed.

I have restored to factory defaults but icon still missing

I take it that if you don't put info into SET OWNER it should restart for you next time.
