Hi I am trying to download My Connect to a Mac M1 Ventura 13.4 for downloading and updates only. The network and bluetooth recognises the Tom Tom Go Classic but My Drive is not seeing the device. It worked 4 days ago but not now, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, on Mydrive, you are not logged in with the correct login credentials for your account.

Hi, Yes the user and password are correct unfortunately the mac(network) sees the device but not my drive. I have log in the device and mydrive on the mac with still no luck, thanks for the suggestion anyway.
