New Maps for Just Out of the Box TomTom One?

O.k. I've back up the device. In the materials I have a coupon for a free upgrade for 30 days. How can I tell if I need it on using a Mac?

To see what your map version is, on the main screen, tap the box where the satellite bars are. On the next screen, tap the box with the version number. You will now have a screen with a lot of info, including your map version.

The most recent version for you unit, I believe, is v7.10.

Install the Home program and make sure you have the upgraded version 2.1. This is the program that allows you to download maps.
