New map release date for XXL 550T

I just purchased my XXL 550T unit a week ago. Wanted to know if someone here knows if a new map version will be released for north america in the next three weeks. I'd like to pick up the new version of the map if there is a chance one will be released over next three weeks. I have the free traffic unit but have a shot at just a single map update within 30 days of purchase.

That is most unlikely. The current map v885 was released on 16 Feb 2012 and so the next quarterly release is expected around 3 months later. Anyway, log in with Home when your latest map promise is about to expire and see if you got lucky.

That is correct. Don't expect a new 890 map before mid May.
