New Go Live 825 - No Live Services

Hi,
If this has been asked loads of times I'm sorry!

I've just bought a 825 Go Live, downloaded all the software required plugged in etc, everything works fine except none of the live services work, they all say they have expired and like you all know and it says in the paper work that you get free live services for the first year.

Its obviously something I'm doing wrong, can any one help please!

Do a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. See if that gets LIVE activated.

If not, try restore to Factory Defaults. You will lose all custom settings you've made but it may help. If not, afraid you'll need to call CS for assistance:
