NEVER BUY A TOMTOM buy a Garmin

We bought a tomtom via 1500 when we ended up in Florida on a trip when our flight was canceled to Aruba. Its is slow to respond, just up dated it an now it reads no maps found.

Guess it's too late for you now (since you have a Garmin) but here are things to try if you get a 'no map found' error for that model:
