Need to correct email address

Hi, I have tried to renew my speed camera subscription and it appears to have succeeded (money taken) but my email address has somehow changed from the address I inserted.


I also think your account creation form should include a house name option. I live in the countryside and my house does not have a number. I had to insert the number 1 to complete the form.

I cannot see how to correct my email address so may not get future update requests. How do I do that?

If you have renewed the radar subscription, it is with the email address and password of your Tomtom account.

There is no more official forum for TomTom.

Best in your case, is to do some "yoga" or "book a day off" and try to contact the support. ^^
