anyone know where i can get a detailed map of nebraska there is a road im looking for that is not showing up on my gps..

What GPS and which map? Is it not showing up by name when you try to "Navigate to" it, or is not showing up even on a "Browse Map"?

Can you elaborate upon the general area and road name so we can check? There are a zillion mapping sites out there using several different map databases.
